BBC Worldwide is the main commercial arm and a wholly owned subsidiary of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and the largest television distributor outside the United States.

BBC Worldwide is Europe’s most successful exporter of television programmes and formats, accounting for around half of the UK’s total television exports with a catalogue of more than 50,000 hours. We sell programmes and formats produced by more than 500 different UK independent producers and host an annual international market called BBC Showcase.

BBC Showcase, held in Brighton in the UK, is the only event of its kind in the world and is a shop window for the best of British programming, attracting broadcasters from across the globe.
